Sandra J. Jones, BA, MSM, MBA Sandra Jones brings an unparalleled 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has overseen or contributed to the successful establishment and development of over 75 ambulatory surgery centers nationwide.
Richard Rauber, BS, MSM Richard A. Rauber has over 30 years' experience in all facets of health care serving as hospital Chief Financial Officer, health care consultant, and healthcare information system business developer. Prior to joining Ambulatory Strategies Inc., he was a principal in a consulting firm serving the health and managed care industry. He has extensive experience with financial management, business plans, information systems operations, and strategic planning.
